As a participating sponsor of the TriFecta Airsoft Podcast your company name will be displayed on each podcast video released and verbal mention on each audio episode, mentions in weekly posts, and special event promos upon request. This purchase includes all podcast episodes released in a one (1) month period.

Sponsorship Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Sponsorship Program ("Program") with TriFecta Airsoft Podcast ("Podcast"). By engaging in this Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sponsorship Details:

As a participating sponsor of the TriFecta Airsoft Podcast, your company name will be prominently displayed on each video episode released during the sponsorship period.

Your company will also receive verbal mention in each audio episode released during the sponsorship period.

The sponsorship purchase includes promotional benefits for all podcast episodes released within a one (1) month period from the start date of the sponsorship.

Payment and Fees:

Payment for sponsorship must be made in full prior to the commencement of the sponsorship period.

All fees associated with the sponsorship program are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. 

Content Approval:

TriFecta Airsoft Podcast reserves the right to determine the content and format of each podcast episode, including the placement and duration of sponsor mentions.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sponsor preferences, final decisions regarding content rest with the Podcast.

Duration and Termination:

The sponsorship period begins on the agreed-upon start date and lasts for one (1) month.

Either party may terminate the sponsorship agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.

Intellectual Property:

By participating in the Program, sponsors grant TriFecta Airsoft Podcast the right to use their company name and logo for promotional purposes during the sponsorship period.

Indemnification:

Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriFecta Airsoft Podcast from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the sponsor’s participation in the Program.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your local Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sponsorship program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Modification:

TriFecta Airsoft Podcast reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on the Podcast’s website or other relevant platforms.

By participating in the Sponsorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
